Population cohort
Follow Up
Disease follow-up for all the cohorts is conducted by active follow-up every 5 years and linkage to national disease and death registries. A round of follow-up on all of these cohorts have begun in 2016 and will complete in 2021. This is the first follow-up wave of the entire SPHS.
