Sleep and Health in Men
The purpose of this population-based study is to analyze the prevalence of sleep disordered breathing and other sleep disturbances in men and also to investigate long-term consequences of sleep-disordered breathing.

- Since then the cohort has been investigated another two times U1994 and 2007) with postal questionnaires and subgroups have been studied with whole-night sleep registrations, blood sampling, anthromometric measurements and oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTT).
