HeLTI was developed to address the increasing burden of non-communicable diseases, including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and poor mental health around the world. Four separate but harmonized projects in Soweto (South Africa), Mysore (India), Shanghai (China), and two provinces in Canada (Alberta and Ontario).
