Population cohort
Follow Up
Demographic and health information is collected every three times a year from all registered households, with one senior household member reporting on all resident and non-resident individual members of the household. It includes reports of all births, deaths, marriages and moves into and out of the area. Household socio-economic data is collected once a year. All resident individuals over the age of 15 are interviewed annually and a dried blood spot taken for biomeasures, including HIV sero-status.
