- The original budget for creating the common database was approximately US200,000. No public source was willing to provide funding, so individual members of the Scientific Committee made contributions from local research funds.
- Criteria of cohort's to be included
- Randomized, controlled, double-blind clinical trials that evaluated a pharmacologic intervention in highrisk patients following acute myocardial infarction complicated with signs of heart failure or evidence of left ventricular dysfunction.
